Cheesey Post

I love cheese.  I always have.  One of the things I miss about eating local is the lack of variety in cheese.  We can get cheddar and jack without a problem at our farmer’s market.  They also have a few hard cheeses made from goat milk.  But I crave the variety of gruyere, drunken goat, smoked gouda, parrano, or just something different.
